Programme Highlights 

Children learn the basics of exercise including warm-ups, stretching, endurance, aerobics and cool down and the importance of regular exercise.

Simple word and memory games teach children about the basic food groups, the importance of a balanced diet and the health risks of poor eating habits.

Safety, nutrition and hygiene are emphasised
Variety in our curriculum maintains children’s enthusiasm. Children look forward to Stretch-n-Grow as their most favoured activity for the week.

Counting, colours and the alphabet are included as a regular part of our exercises and games.Group activity in a non competitive context.
