Here in Waterford County there are two IFAS clubs The Bausch & Lomb Astronomy Society This club is based in the Bausch & Lomb factory in the city. They have meetings every month or so and usually have an invited guest. Membership is restricted to employees. Sometimes meetings can be attended by non-employees with prior arrangements. This club started out in 2004 and meet every month at Bridgie Terries Bar, which is about 4 miles outside Dungarvan on the Waterford road.
