About She Inspires Personal Development Consultant
Sheila worked in the retail trade for most of her working life and has always tried to find a balance between her own spiritual / personal development and her work within the world of commerce. She believes the path to achieving our true potential requires us to look within and find out "who" we really are. She teaches that whatever comes into our lives is only a reflection of what we are putting out. So if we want to change what is coming in, we must first look at what we need to change within ourselves! Originally from Borris, County Carlow, Sheila moved to Waterford in 2001. She is now self -employed and works privately and on a voluntary basis, bringing caring attitude and passion into her life's work of sharing her knowledge and skills with others, helping them to improve their lives.
