The answers are set out in a clear and friendly way. All the information is available to download and print out in one document . This can be useful to give the information to those that don't have easy access to a online computer.

The Refugee Information Service exists to counter social exclusion through the provision of a specialist information, referral and advocacy service to asylum-seekers and refugees.
