The Whole Harry/Hermione/Ron Love Triangle Thing

To be honest I think it would be more likely for Harry and Hermione to go out with each other rather than Ron and Hermione.

This is mainly because of the strong hints JK leaves in the last two books in particular that Ron is attracted to Hermione.  As twinkletoes has pointed out Ron gets very jealous of victor in the Goblet of Fire, after he starts to show an interest in Hermione, even though prior to this Krum is something of a hero of Rons in the Quidditch World Cup.

Equally Hermione gets very annoyed at Ron when he tries to trivialise asking her to the tri-wizard ball by suggesting Hermione is his 'back up date' in case he can't find anyone else.  I sometimes feel by JK Rowling leaving these clues she is, in some way leading us off the track so to speak.

Harry and Hermione on the other hand have never seemed to really fallen out through out the course of the five books and Harry seems to depend quite heavily on Hermione when ever he is troubled.  He even asks Hermione about advice on how to relate to Cho Chang, and even suggests that Harry refer to how ugly he thinks Hermione is.  I think Harry response to this is important, he makes a point of letting Hermione know he defiantly does not think she is ugly.

So to conclude I think Ron may like Hermione, Harry likes Hermione (but does not Know it yet) and Hermione likes... to be honest I don’t know who she likes!

But ultimately I think it will be Harry and Hermione who are together by the end of book 7.

However I sense a bit of conflict may arise between the trio in the up coming books over this matter!
